Benchmark Property Management is located on the south side of Wiles Road approximately 2 miles west of State Road 7 (U.S. 441).

From I-95 North & South – Exit Sample Road and head west to State Road 7 (U.S. 441) Turn right (north) on State Road 7 (U.S. 441) continue 3/4 of a mile then turn left (west) on to Wiles Road. Continue on Wiles Road for approximately 1 3/4 miles. Benchmark will be on the south (left) side of Wiles Road just past Woodside Drive.

From Florida’s Turnpike – Exit Sample Road and head west to State Road 7 (U.S. 441) Turn right (north) on State Road 7 (U.S. 441) continue 3/4 of a mile then turn left (west) on Wiles Road. Continue on Wiles Road for approximately 1 3/4 miles. Benchmark will be on the south (left) side of Wiles Road just past Woodside Drive.

From Sawgrass Expressway – Exit State Road 7 (U.S. 441) South. Turn right (west) on Wiles Road. Benchmark will be on the south (left) side of Wiles Road just past Woodside Drive.
